4 Worst Types of Cardio for Fat Loss
When we focus on exercise and trying to get into shape, most of us tend to focus on fat loss first and building muscle second. This makes choosing cardiovascular exercise the easiest choice for beginners. However, there is a lot of misinformation out there regarding what are the best types of cardiovascular exercise and what are the worst types of cardiovascular exercise for fat loss. And, when we aren’t seeing the results we want to see, it can get pretty frustrating and discouraging. This is why we have to weed out the bad and find out what is good for our own fat loss journey.
As you’ll see in the video below, maintaining a proper exercise form while pursuing cardiovascular exercise is of the utmost importance. If we allow ourselves to rely too much on the equipment or give up while in the middle of an exercise, we won’t be able to see the results we want.
