Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats – Life to the Max Health & Fitness (Pt 1)

This recipe is simple to make and extremely healthy! It’s packed with omega-3s from the chia seeds and fiber from the rolled oats. This nutrient-rich breakfast will keep you full and provide energy for your busy day.
Recipe for Whitney’s Chocolate Chia Seed Overnight Oats:
Mix the below ingredients in a mason jar or small to-go container:
– 1/3 gluten-free rolled oats
– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
– 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
– A dash of maple syrup
– Coconut cashew milk (fill to the top of the jar)
When you’re done adding all the ingredients to the jar make sure to shake well and store in the fridge overnight. You can top off your oats with your favorite berries and nuts in the morning.
